What is your greatest accomplishment?
Bringing two world-class companies together to drive shareholder value through the merger of DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences and IFF was immensely gratifying. Accomplishing that in the midst of the pandemic required hard work – and a great team.
What are you passionate about?
I really am passionate about continuous improvement, driving financial results, and helping my teammates develop personally and professionally.
What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute to your success, and why?
I attribute my success to my adaptability and resiliency. In today’s fast-moving business environment, adapting to new technologies, new laws, and new business models is critical and drives not only my success but the success of the organization.
What life circumstance has most shaped your world view?
